This website and the services described on it are operated by Divv Saxena, trading as Divv Studio (“Divv Studio”, “I”, “me”, or “my”).
2. Information you provide directly
I may receive information that you choose to provide when you email me, book a call through Cal.com, discuss a possible project, request an estimate, or become a client. Depending on the interaction, this may include:

- Your company, role, or project information.
- Messages and files included in an enquiry or email.
- Information you provide when scheduling a call.
- Requirements, budgets, timelines, and other details included in a project enquiry.
The website does not currently contain a contact form or create a user account for visitors. If you follow a booking or email link, the information you submit is handled through that service.
3. Information collected automatically
When you visit the website, the hosting and analytics services used by the site may automatically process:
- Pages viewed, visit times, and session statistics.
- Interaction events, such as clicks on selected quote, booking, or contact links.
- Browser type, device type, operating system, language, and screen information.
- IP address and an approximate city- or country-level location derived from it.
- Referring pages, request information, and basic website performance or diagnostic data.
- Analytics identifiers stored in first-party cookies, including cookies with names such as
_gaand_ga_<container-id>.
The site does not use an error-monitoring SDK, advertising pixel, website form database, or account system in the current codebase.
4. How information is used
Information may be used to:

5. Service providers
The current website uses the following providers. They process information under their own terms and privacy notices:
- Vercel provides website hosting and delivery infrastructure.
- Google Analytics provides website traffic and interaction measurement.
- Cal.com provides the external call-booking service linked from the website.
The site includes an email link, but the email provider is not integrated into or identified by the website code.
6. Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics loads after a page becomes interactive. It may use first-party cookies or similar identifiers to distinguish visitors and sessions and to measure page views and selected link interactions. The current website does not use an on-site cookie preference panel.
You can limit or withdraw permission for cookie-based measurement by blocking or deleting analytics cookies in your browser, using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on where available, or contacting me. Browser controls may affect future collection but do not automatically erase information already processed; you may request deletion as described below.
7. Retention
Enquiry and client information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for communication, service delivery, legal and accounting obligations, dispute handling, security, and legitimate business records. Retention depends on the nature of the information and the reason it is held. Information is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to applicable obligations.
8. International processing
Vercel, Google, Cal.com, and other infrastructure used to communicate with you may process information in countries outside your own. Where applicable law requires it, appropriate contractual or other safeguards are used for international transfers.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to your personal information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, withdraw consent, or object to or restrict certain processing. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Send requests to hello@divvsaxena.com. I may need enough information to verify the request and locate the relevant records.
10. Security
Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
11. Children
The website and services are intended for founders, businesses, and other professional users. They are not knowingly directed toward children, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
