Client Radar Terms of Service

Client Radar is currently offered through a founding-access list. Reserving a place does not create a subscription, take payment, or guarantee a launch date, feature set, or availability.

The advertised founding price is $29 per month. It applies when access begins and remains active only while you maintain an uninterrupted paid subscription.

Client Radar may adjust subscription prices for future customers. In the unlikely event that an adjustment to an active founding subscription is necessary because of inflation, taxes, or a material increase in operating costs, you will receive at least 30 days’ notice by email and may cancel before the adjusted price takes effect.

You will not be charged while Client Radar is in early access. If and when a subscription becomes available, the applicable checkout page will show the payment terms before any charge is made. You may cancel a future subscription at any time, subject to the terms presented at checkout.

Client Radar may use Google Maps Platform data through an API key you provide. You are responsible for your own Google Maps Platform account, key security, usage limits, charges, and compliance with Google’s terms. Google business-data usage is billed separately by Google and is not included in the Client Radar subscription.

You may use Client Radar only for lawful professional prospecting and in accordance with applicable privacy, marketing, anti-spam, consumer-protection, and platform rules. You must not use it to harass, deceive, scrape restricted data, or send unlawful communications.

Client Radar is provided to help organise prospecting work. It does not guarantee lead quality, contact information, replies, meetings, clients, revenue, or any other commercial outcome. Features may change as the product develops.

These terms may be updated as Client Radar develops or where required by law. Material changes to an active paid subscription will be communicated as described above. Questions can be sent to hello@divvsaxena.com.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection law that applies where you live.
