Client Radar Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Client Radar handles information submitted through its early-access page and future workspace.
Last updated: July 26, 2026
1. Who is responsible
Client Radar is operated by Divv Saxena. For privacy questions or requests, contact hello@divvsaxena.com.
2. Information collected
When you reserve founding access, Client Radar collects the email address you submit. If you later use the product, it may also process the information you choose to add to your workspace, such as prospect notes, contact routes, follow-up dates, and business details you enter manually.
3. How information is used
- Confirm and manage your founding-access interest.
- Contact you when access becomes available or when there is a material pricing update.
- Provide, secure, support, and improve Client Radar.
- Comply with legal obligations and prevent misuse.
4. Service providers
Client Radar uses service providers to operate the page and communicate with you, including Vercel for hosting and Resend for early-access email delivery and contact management. These providers process information under their own policies and terms.
5. Google Maps data
Client Radar may display live Google Maps Platform data when you use your own API key. The early-access page does not collect your Google Maps API key. If you later provide one in the workspace, it is used to make the requested Google Maps Platform calls and you remain responsible for that account and key.
6. Retention and your choices
Early-access contact information is retained until it is no longer reasonably needed for the purposes above or you ask for it to be deleted, subject to legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information by emailing hello@divvsaxena.com.
7. Security and changes
Reasonable safeguards are used to protect information, but no online system can be completely secure. This policy may be updated as Client Radar develops. The latest version will be available at this page.
